About
Samaritans has been supporting local people for 35 years throughout eastern NSW, Australia including the Hunter, Central Coast, Mid-North Coast and the Central Western regions.
With over 100 different services, Samaritans strives to support children, youth, people living with a disability or with mental health concerns, parents, families and those who are homeless throughout these communities. Almost 40,000 people are supported by our services each year!
Samaritans acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work; the Awabakal, Biripi, Darkinjung, Dunghutti, Gumbaynggirr, Kamilaroi, Wanaruah, Worimi and Wiradjuri nations. We pay our respects to the Elders past, present and future for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hopes of Aboriginal Australia.
