Council is calling for written Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Lease of office space within Council's Rylstone Administration Building located at 77 Louee Street, Rylstone NSW 2849. There are three rooms available now which can either be leased separately or collectively. The lease includes communal amenities and a kitchen with facilities. The successful tenant will be required to enter into a lease agreement with Council for a minimum term of 12 months, and up to 5 years. The draft lease attached to the EOI is indicative only and the final lease terms are subject to Council's approval in its absolute discretion. The indicative EOI can be found at Council's website. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR RYLSTONE CARAVAN PARK MANAGEMENT LICENCE Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from enthusiastic, customer focused people or businesses to operate and maintain the Rylstone Caravan Park (the Park) for a period of up to 10 years. The EOI information pack and draft Licence are available for viewing and download on Council's website. Please note that the draft Licence is provided for indicative purposes only, and the final Licence terms are subject to Council approval at its absolute discretion. It is envisaged that the Licensee(s) will commence management/operations of the Park from 2 February 2026, after close of the submission and evaluation period. The submission period is for 4 weeks, commencing Saturday, 20 December 2025, closing 4.30pm Saturday, 17 January 2026. Interested parties should submit their EOI in writing which must be addressed to the General Manager and received prior to 4.30pm on Saturday, 17 January 2026.
