Public Notice / Request for Submissions PROPOSED ROAD CLOSING In pursuance of the provisions of the Roads Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Mid-Western Regional Council proposes to close the council public road listed in Schedule 1. Schedule 1: Unnamed Road off Rocky Waterhole Road, Mudgee as depicted in red in the diagram. Upon closure of the road, Council intends to sell the land to an adjoining land owner. All interested persons are hereby invited to make submissions concerning the proposal in writing to the General Manager, by COB Friday, 12 September 2025. Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.
