The property is equipped with irrigation infrastructure and a permanent water supply. The land is approximately 64.91 Hectares, known as East Star and is located at 105 Spring Creek Road, Gulgong NSW 2852. The lease term is for 5 years with a further 5-year option to renew, and will commence from 20 December 2025. The successful applicant will be required to enter into an appropriate agreement with Council. A draft lease attached to the EOI Information Package is indicative only and the final licence terms are subject to negotiation and Council's approval in its absolute discretion. The submission period is for 2 weeks, commencing Saturday 17 May 2025, closing Sunday 1 June 2025.
