They are independently audited by the Auditor General. Request for Submissions PROPOSED ROAD CLOSING UNDER SECTION 3B ROADS ACT 1993 In pursuance of the provisions of the Roads Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Mid-Western Regional Council proposes to close the council public road listed in Schedule 1. Schedule 1: Part Richards Street, Mudgee as depicted in red. Any submissions/objections regarding the road closing should be in writing, giving reasons and addressed to the General Manager. Submissions will accepted until 4.30pm Saturday, 6 December 2025. Please note that under provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009; such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration. Once the submission period is completed, Council will consider all duly made submissions before deciding whether to continue with the road closure.
