Public Notice ROAD NAMING Council, at its ordinary meeting held Wednesday, 19 November 2025, formally approved the naming of unnamed road reserves off Prices Lane in the locality of Pyramul. The roads have been named Glenmore Lane & Scanlan Lane. The Council Report related to this matter can be viewed on Council's website. Request for Submissions PROPOSED CHANGE TO TRAFFIC CONDITIONS - DECLARATION OF NO THROUGH ROAD Council advises that it proposes to amend traffic conditions on the public road described in Schedule 1 by declaring the road a No Through Road. The change is required as vehicular access beyond the end of the public road reserve is located on private property and is not available for public use. No public road is being closed as part of this proposal. The section of road is an historic encroachment where Bowen Street, Hargraves traverses' private property. Council intends to redirect public access to Lindsay Street, with Bowen Street retained where it exists within the road reserve for local waste transfer station and other property access. Schedule 1: Part Bowen Street, Hargraves as depicted in red below. ON Closure Location Points Written submissions regarding the proposed change to traffic conditions may be made to Council within 28 days of the date of this notice. Once the submission period is completed, Mid-Western Regional Council will consider all duly made submissions.
